Extremely helpful, willing to work with us to achieve the goals we were trying to accomplish. Marco was what made the whole thing so enjoyable. I have had Suburbans for over 20 years and had been coming to this dealership since 2001. Mike Joyner is the best of the best service advisors. He never try to sell me things that I do not need. He is coming to this dealership since 2001. Mike Joyner is the best of the best service advisors. He never try to sell me things that I do not need. He is honest, personable, outgoing, and always care to have enough conversation to make me feel he cares, and it is not all about business. He is always punctual, and always greet me when I drive in. This is very important to me. My other car is a BMW and serviced through BMW of Arlington, and never once would a service advisor available when I get to their desk, bonus points if they are even there. I was in Austin for the weekend and I heard a lot of noise coming from the air vent. I was not able to leave Mike a voice mail but I emailed him and got a call from him 7:15 Monday morning. He is very responsive and really make you feel that he cares. He removed the air filter and vacuumed some leaves out of the vent and did not even charge me. How about that? I cannot say enough good things about Mike. Never would I ask a stupid question. This is also very important because I have had “young” service advisors who weren’t even born when I started driving a Suburban and talk to me like I am an idiot. If there is a customer nominated award for a service advisor, Mike certainly wins hand down. More
