One star — classic bait and switch. I was lured in by a 2020 Ford Escape, single owner, ~100K miles, listed for just under $6K. Perfect first car for our child, or so we thought. I submitted an online request, called right when they opened, and Ben Sherman from internet sales confirmed it was available and set an appointment. After driving over an hour, I checked in and was handed off to Ricky. He gathered my info, made me wait, then claimed the car was “in inventory but nowhere to be found.” Instead, he tried showing me other cars in that price range — none of which were safe or acceptable. When I asked for a manager, Jerry appeared and suddenly declared the Escape had already been sold. Yet, as of this review, the same 2020 Ford Escape is still listed on their website. This dealership clearly values short‑term scams over customer trust or loyalty. Take your money elsewhere. More
