I can't say enough good things about Vince and the service he provides. He goes out of his way to be helpful and always remembers us and the specifics of the service we want such as synthetic oil. Bought a used car. I was first told that it had a 77 point "safety" inspection, then a 127 point inspection. Where all safety features were checked and all fluids replaced. On my way home it got dark and I saw 3 warning lights on for the brake and steering assist systems. All fluids were low in the car, overfill for radiator empty, brake fluid below minimum (causing the warning lights to come on), and power steering fluid was at min cold when the car was hot, and the oil was very dirty for having just being test driven. The air filter was black and full of hair. They would not take money off the price for bald tires that they said were still passable. Then they forgot to put on my inspection sticker.Went to get sticker was told tires were too bald to pass but would luckily let me slide. When I called to tell the manager that they forgot the sticker he only went "psssssh, well they should have. I told him the fluids were low and he only wanted to argue with me that the overfill should be empty when it clearly has a min and max indicator on the reservoir. I did not receive so much as a "sorry bout that" from him. Horrible customer service from the management. And I feel that this "safety inspection" was never done or they would have topped off the fluids and put some decent tires on this car. They let me drive home 400 miles on bald tires. More

David was so pleasant and helpful. I did not feel pressured at any time, it was such a good experience. He was personable and so friendly. Excellent customer services. Friendly and easy going atmosphere from Henry and Eric Blair. No pressure of buying a car like other saleperson(s) from different car dealers. We have looked at a few used 2008 RL from other dealers and did not like their services. We initially looked at the 2008 RL at Vandergriff; however, my wife wanted to see the new 2010 RL. Henry took the times and explained to us with no pressure of buying either car. Eric Blair was a great addition to Henry that gave us the at ease and comfort level to make the deal.
