Its a funny story how we came to be at this dealership. Lois had been calling for the Garcia family and my husband had been telling her for like a week already that she had the wrong number. Now let me say that I went in with the thought that this was a big waste of my time because I knew full well we were not going to be able to trade in our car. She was very easy to talk to and seemed interested in getting to know my family and our needs.She worked with us and didnt stop until we were satisfied with the deal we were getting. Paul Ryan was EXCELLENT to work with. He was straightforward and accommodating throughout the process. I knew exactly what I wanted so that helped me navigate through the process. The only opportunity the dealership had was the cut down on the time it took to move us over to finance; the paperwork process could definitely use some streamlining. However, I can't weigh that too heavily considering it was a Saturday in December when a lot of people were likely buying cars. Also, fully think through what they try to sell you in the finance office - they definitely make some money here and they've got plenty of services they're trying to offer you.
