Jeff has the right stuff for dealing with potential buyers. He has been patient with us with no sign of frustration. I will use Jeff again. I enjoyed working with Fred Jones in Finance also. More

The moment my husband and I walked up, I didn't feel pressured. We even had a couple of minutes before someone came out to us which is nice. When Ray B. introduced himself, he asked if he could leave us his card while we walked around/looked at cars outside. Then to let him know if we had any questions that he would be close by to assist. I loved that! From that moment, I knew we would be buying a car from Ray. I was able to browse around without someone standing right there. I asked for a few more minutes to look and when he came back he still wasn't "pushy" for us to buy a car. He was very personable, friendly and extremely professional. My husband and I could tell he wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied. The next day, Ray called to ask how I was liking the car and if my family was too. You can tell family is super important to Ray and that was another huge plus. Great job Ray and thank you!! More

Quick, efficient buying experience at best price in DFW This was I think the 12th new vehicle I've purchased in my lifetime, (which must mean I'm getting old) and it was easily the best buying experience ou This was I think the 12th new vehicle I've purchased in my lifetime, (which must mean I'm getting old) and it was easily the best buying experience out of any of them. I was prepared with data from Consumer Reports' pricing service when I e-mailed Vandergriff for a quote, so it was immediately apparent that Internet Manager Clifton McCarley had offered me a good price right out of the gate. One other dealer in DFW came close in pricing, but two of them had laughably high initial offers. Clifton, together with New Car Director Chris Onorato, were efficient and professional, and quickly finalized a deal with me. I drove home in my new vehicle less than 48 hours after my first e-mailed inquiry. One of the other DFW dealers took nearly that long just to provide me with their initial (very high) quote. Would definitely recommend Vandergriff to others. More

Our experience at Vandergriff Acura went way beyond our expectations!! After my boyfriend and I made an inquiry online for a truck, Jeff Carter was quick to respond and get straight to business. It was expectations!! After my boyfriend and I made an inquiry online for a truck, Jeff Carter was quick to respond and get straight to business. It was raining when we arrived at the dealership, but Jeff already had the vehicle pulled under a closed area, ready and waiting for us. He was extremely easy to work with and definitely made us feel like he had our best interest in mind. After I had mentioned that I was interested in getting into a new lease myself, he was quick to pull in Wade Bragg (another associate) to help start the process. Again, Wade began locating the type of vehicle I was interested in and pulled it in from out of the rain for me to look at. I also have to brag on the Finance Manager Wes Kammer. He was very knowledgeable with the many questions we had for him, and again, made us feel like he was looking out for us. They all express the perfect balance of personality and professionalism to made you leave feeling great about the purchases you just made. 2 cars later, I think its safe to say they will definitely be keeping our business for years to come. More

She did such a good job it made it worthwhile for me to drive an hour to the dealership. There I met Jay Huffaker who provided the most outstanding explanations, analysis, and service I have ever experienced in an automotive dealership. I will probably return for another purchase. We have three Lexus' in addition to the Acura, and may convert to Acura because of its quality and value. More

Just thought that we would drive out to Vandergriffs to check out the MDX and left with it. Jeff was really helpful with our decision. He pointed out all the good features it has. Some that we did not know about. We spent the afternoon with them and enjoyed it. Our experience with them was nothing like any other dealships. It was an enjoyable afternoon and we met a few really good people that day. I would refer anyone I know to them, as a matter of fact I am referring my son to them when they get ready to purchase their new car. More
