Jeff Carter and Vandergriff quoted a competitive price from the beginning. The price was quoted with detail so I could compare against other quotes. The Plano Acura dealership wasn’t competitive on price. Another seemed more focused on getting me in the dealership rather than providing a detailed quote via email or internet. I negotiated the final price, valued my trade vehicle and took advantage of 0.9% financing. All in less than 3 hours! This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. The advanced mdx has many features and Jeff knows them all. He has followed up multiple times after the sale to answer any questions we might have on the vehicle. Great customer service, honest and transparent process. It was refreshing to deal with Jeff. Highly recommended More

I am in a business that stresses customer service so I know it when I experience it. Amber was my service advisor. No reason to waste time telling anyone how nice she was because a lot of people can be nice, she was a lot more. She had good command, knowledge wise of anything I was curious about as it related to not only my car but the RDX that she so helpfully sent to me via concierge. We discussed everything from transmission fluid dynamics in Acura to the tires. If she gave me confidence that I was talking to the right dealership in every way then I promise you she is doing that every day with other customers. I will be a future customer when I get my next Acura, although I would expect that Amber will have been promoted by then. Thanks Amber. You stand out from your peers in the industry. More

Straight shooter on MDX purchase - good guy to work with Jeff Carter stands out as one who doesn't play the usual sales games so many see associated with car buying. He answered my questions, was courteous, Jeff Carter stands out as one who doesn't play the usual sales games so many see associated with car buying. He answered my questions, was courteous, and put out a competitive quote from the start. Furthermore he has followed through with after the sales information as we've delved into the car's features and so on. I'm especially happy that he managed some of the process with email - making things much easier as I live some distance from the dealership. I should note the Jeff demonstrated responsibility as well - he made an error on one of the quotes but owned up to it and resolved it to a fair conclusion. Yes, it was an error but people make mistakes - the real test is to see the character when a mistake happens and Jeff passed. The only caveat I would note was beyond Jeff's control - this dealership like most has the "2nd round" with the Finance office policy which was somewhat painful. However, Jeff did try to let me do a 'trial run' with the guy on the phone so it was the easiest experience I've had save one. More
