Thank you Jeff Carter I would like to thank Jeff Carter for going above and beyond the call of duty by helping me out Saturday evening. I picked up a key in my outer side I would like to thank Jeff Carter for going above and beyond the call of duty by helping me out Saturday evening. I picked up a key in my outer side wall of the rear right tire. I was stuck out in Mesquite TX with 3 of my small grandchildren, I stopped at NTB in Mesquite and they were very helpful and tried to assist with changing my tire with my spear.. well my spear did not fit and they did not have my tire in stock and my tire was not repairable. I called Jeff in a panic and asked for his help on what I should do not thinking about the MPP coverage. He said to call road side service and have them tow my MDX on a flat bed to Arlington at Vandergriff Acura and he would have me a loaner car waiting for me. He knew I had the 3 children with me and I was worried about their safety as well as mine, I didn't know what to do since it was getting late and all the tire places were closing. We finally made it to Vandergriff with 3 kids and 2 adults piled up in a 2 person cab of a flat bed truck and Jeff come running out to greet us and he took care of directing the tow truck driver on where to sit my car and came in to ensure me that everything would be taken care of and I would get a call on Monday letting me know my car was ready for delivery. Jeff took care of everything and made my nightmare into sweet dreams. "THANK YOU JEFF CARTER" for taking that extra care of my MDX, myself and my family, this is the type of service that will bring more new customers & repeat customers in to buy your cars. More

After deciding on the new TLX 6cy Tech the process was fairly easy although it took quite a bit longer than I thought it should have. Superb I only came in to see my old car's trade in value and I was extremely hesitant to buy a car because I hate being in debt but what the xxxx.
