Jeff Carter worked with new car sales manager Chris Onorato and give me a great price on 2015 MDX based on what I need. Jeff helped me to return the rental car on site ( I never known Enterprise has a car rental branch inside the dealership). He showed me how to use all the functions in the new car so I can drive it home confidently. I am glad I purchased the car from them. It is worth to drive more than 50 miles to get there. More

Good communication after the initial contact - Service Dept I purchased my MDX in June of 2014. It is a new 2014 fully loaded MDX. Now the car makes noises. I live in Little Elm, which at the time when the c I purchased my MDX in June of 2014. It is a new 2014 fully loaded MDX. Now the car makes noises. I live in Little Elm, which at the time when the car was sold to us they said it's within 50 miles of their pickup/drop off range so I was happy to hear that I could have that service whenever I needed repairs/warranty work. Now that the car makes noises I decided to take it in to Plano Acura to see if they can fix it. Plano works on a it a few days and I think maybe I should take it back to where we bought it from. We call Vandergriff today about bringing it then there to get it looked at if Plano cannot fix and they say they won't come get it. That it's too far. What??? You didn't say that on June 20th when we bought the car. Very disappointed at this point. In the dealership, Acura, and the car in general. I will say that Plano seems to be working hard at trying to fix the noise. Update: After 14 days, it appears to be fixed. It's nice that I have a loaner but I just thought I bought a brand new car that I wouldn't have to get serviced like this for years to come. Vandergriff has since said that the person that we spoke to was new. That's fine, but maybe better communication needs to be happening. They have also since offered to look at the car to repair if Plano cannot. For the moment car seems good again. Nice that Vandergriff has reached out to us to let us know that they are available to help rectify the noise. We are so very glad that it's fixed in the meantime. More

From Mr.Carter to the sales manager everyone was very patient with me as I was extremely nervous about buying a vehicle. In the end I am happy with my payment, my vehicle, my interest rate and definitely the service. Everyone was very kind. More
relief We have been trying to work out a way to solve our leasing problem. My daughter was putting too many miles on her car. I had spoken to several people but until we worked with Jeff Carter we felt hopeless. Jeff got her out of the lease and into a purchase of a 2015 RDX with a payment close to her rental payment. Service Department I bought my 2014 MDX in Sept. 2013 from Vandergriff. When I bought my vehicle the salesman was very nice. I am now having problems with my MDX not st I bought my 2014 MDX in Sept. 2013 from Vandergriff. When I bought my vehicle the salesman was very nice. I am now having problems with my MDX not starting, the tailgate not opening or closing, the electronic panels and dashboard blackout while I'm driving down the road. I spoke with Joselle Perez who made an appointment for me to take my car in. I told him I live about 5 hours away and they are the closest Acura dealership to me. When I requested a loaner car he told me the service manager would call me back in 15 to 20 min. to let me whether or not I could get a loaner car. After an hour I called back. I was transferred twice before I spoke to a female who told me Perez was out to lunch and that I had hung up on him and that is why the service manager did not call. Of course i had not hung up on him. I told her I need to cancel the appointment if I was not going to get any help. She told me he service manager would call soon. After a while I received a call from Aaron Little, the service director. He was apologetic and sympathetic. I explained to Mr. Little that I left my vehicle at Gunn Acura in San Antonio for a week the week before and they told me there was no problem with my vehicle because they were unable to duplicate the problem. Although when I went to pick up my vehicle I watched the service advisor look for my vehicle attempting to use the remote. As I walked out to my vehicle I saw she was unable to use the remote and had to use the key to open the door. The vehicle did not start the first time she tried to start it. I met her at my car. She told that was strange and explained that they had not been able to duplicate the problem before. Then she told me that if I needed to bring it back to call. I felt as though they did not want to deal with the problem. Mr. Little told me he was proud of his service team and was confident they could fix it. When I took my vehicle in I was treated with the respect I received when I took my vehicle in last summer for an annual check. Back then I dealt with Matt Howell, the same person who assisted me when I took my vehicle in last week. I don't have my vehicle back but I have been assured that they are testing my vehicle to try to find and fix the problem. I don't feel as though they "are rushing me out the door". I now feel as though my frustration with Gunn Acura contributed to the miscommunication with personnel at Vandergriff. Mr. Little has been very understanding and he believes in his product. Mr. Howell and Mr. Little have shown great professionalism. More
