Deceptive practices I bought a 2016 Acura MDX from this dealer. I want other customers to be aware of deceptive practices at this dealership. 1. Every car at this de I bought a 2016 Acura MDX from this dealer. I want other customers to be aware of deceptive practices at this dealership. 1. Every car at this dealer comes with a dealer option called Skylink. Cost was around $950 which came down several hundred dollars when I declined to buy this option. Neither the sales people nor the finance people told me about Acura link which the car already had and includes the "protection" offered by Skylink. You have to subscribe to Acura link but you have to do that anyway to get other benefits such as traffic information for the Navigation system. Incidentaly, the sales person told me that traffic information does not require any subscription which was a blatant lie. More

Best car buying experienced This is my 5th times buying a new car. I dreaded every time. This time it was easy. I did my research online and talk to couple of friends. I came in without appointment and ask for Jeff per a friend recommendation. He promptly show us mdx & let us test drive. He gave us a price, we countered back, and sold! No back & forth ...dropping $300 here & there. We wanted DVD & screen for the headrest, he drove us to audio store & got us a good price. On the way there, any concern that I had after reading reviews he was able to address them. He was very patience showing us the navigation and screen that control almost everything in the car. This was an area that consumer felt the navigation/screen was not user friendly but he made it easy to follow. The finance team was great as well. I had a better rate with my credit union. They matched it and then offered some additional cash toward down payment. They really go out of the way to keep a customer. More

Two timing Jeff Jeff was working with us on an Acura RDX. The car was advertised as 'certified', however when we went to test drive the car we were informed we needed Jeff was working with us on an Acura RDX. The car was advertised as 'certified', however when we went to test drive the car we were informed we needed to pay an additional $795 for the cerification. After working around the false advertising we came to an agreement, and Jeff took our deposit to hold the vechicle. To our surprise, shortly after leaving the dealership, we received a text (not a call) from Jeff telling us he sold the car to another party. This man and dealership are slimy! I would highly recommend you avoid Jeff and Vandergriff Acura, or you will be sorry. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! ! I brought my Jaguar in to be purchase. Was given an agreed upon price. A week later they called and said they changed their mind and did not want th ! Then offered to buy it for $2000 less than agreed. I went in to pick it up and my dashboard was damaged. They had it marked and tagged to go to auction. It was obvious they thought I would take the low offer. But worst of all they damage to my car makes it $1000 less in value. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! More
