Worst Experience I had while buying a Car Worst Customer Service, they treat the customer as Garbage. The manager (Robert Fugate) don't treat customer as people and even told me that he is the Worst Customer Service, they treat the customer as Garbage. I have asked my friends and family to keep away from Vandergriff Acura. They sell damaged car and blame you for the damage. I had a horrible experience with them. punishing your customer for disagreeing? I bought a certified 2016 Acura MDX with tech package. Before I went there to pick up the car, I did some research about the transmission. There is a I bought a certified 2016 Acura MDX with tech package. Before I went there to pick up the car, I did some research about the transmission. There is a TSB 15-054 to solve hesitation issue. I asked the dealer to have the TSB performed. It was not done. After I got the car, I called next week and scheduled to have this done at 12:00 noon. I went there and told diagnosis is needed. I told Vini (service manager) that I just needed to have the TSB performed. He gave me a look (you are to be punished for arguing with me). I waited until 1:15 and asked Vini about the status of my car. He told me that they just started testing it. I asked to see his manager. I met John Ellis. He agreed to have the TSB done. At 2:30, Vini and another employee showed me some phone pictures that TSB cannot be performed due to service mismatch. I contacted Acura next week. Acura told me that Vini told Acura that my Acura's software is up to date. I insisted to have another dealer perform this TSB. I was asked to go to David McDavid. David McDavid checked my car and performed the update. What kind of customer service is your dealership? More

During my most recent visit, like all prior visits I received excellent service and customer attention from my Service Advisor ( Veron Shorter). Most notable however was the customer courtesy and professionalism exhibited by the gentleman, (I failed to get his name), in the parts department. He deserves special recognition. Not only did his expert advice help me make the right decision on the item I purchased, he also saved me money on the choice made. His actions indicated that he sincerely wanted to satisfy the desires and needs of the customer. He, along with my service advisor, made me proud to have selected Vandergriff as my Acura Dealer of choice. More

Everyone is great, my salesperson Tyler, the sales managers, Wes and Robert, Cody and Kyna in the Business office. Maybe most important, Desmond in the service drive. I cant say enough about how easy it is to do business here. Go in with realistic expectations and you will leave with a great experience and a great car! The product is excellent, Acura products resale value is so high that my luxury car lease payments are lower than other non-luxury brands. Kudos to John and his team!!! More

Went to get service today. No one bothered to mention my car was on the recall list. When I returned on my own a few hours later the sales reps were very unprofessional and not helpful in the least bit. I wish I had purchased elsewhere. More
