I am so glad that I trusted him and I wouldn't have changed anything. I had a certain budget that I needed to stay within for the down payment and also the monthly payment and we stayed in it! Other places kept trying to change it and said that I couldn't get accepted for what I needed it to be but Deven made it work, everyone here is so nice and so welcoming and it was defiantly a pleasant change from other places who kept saying it wasn't possible.
