We scheduled a visit to come in and the original associate was already gone for the day. With no hesitation Perry stepped up willingly and offered his service. He was amazing throughout the entire process. Even though we completed the entire process of the paperwork and finance, and did not pull through with delivery of the vehicle due to the customer service and attitude I felt through a sales manager, I really feel Perry Coy did all he could to ensure I was happy. The rest was out of his hands. I would recommend Perry to anyone in the market for a vehicle. He really showed interest and paid attention to the details that I required and appreciate it the most. He would be the only reason I would come back to Vandergriff to purchase a vehicle given the experience I received prior to delivery of the vehicle. Thank you Perry!! More

Worst Experience Ever very disappointed with the overall service we received. Scott was the rudest sales person I've encountered. How do you expect to sell when you treat people as if they were ignorant. They took advantage of a young 20 year old trying to purchase her 1st car. To top it off they took a trade in car that was not in her name and when I went to get the car they had already taken the plates away! Never again will we do business with these people or dealership. She was very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my wants and needs. Before I had even arrived at the dealership she had my vehicle of choice up front and ready to go. She even came out of her own pocket to buy all my children snacks in order to keep them pre occupied while we discussed the semantics of my deal. Max Coker After my last vehicle purchase at a competing Acura dealership, which was horrible, I was not looking forward to my next purchase. WOW, I was amazed After my last vehicle purchase at a competing Acura dealership, which was horrible, I was not looking forward to my next purchase. WOW, I was amazed from the moment I walked into Vandergriff Acura. Max Coker walked up to me and introduced himself. I was immediately expecting a smooth talking, aggressive sales pitch. Oh no, just the opposite. At that point I decided to take Max for a ride, or several rides since I was having such a good time!!! I kept him out quite late. At the end of my 3-hour visit I was expecting the dreaded sales pitch, but NO. Max shook my hand and offered any assistance he could give me to help me decide which vehicle, if any, would make me happy, and we said good night. I went back into Vandergriff Acura the next evening and again took Max for a few test drives. I was ready for another evening of fun. I can't begin to tell you what a fantastic experience I had with Max, and managers Steve and Wes. I did buy a car and am 100% pleased with my choice. If you want an experience that is like non-other, PLEASE, PLEASE walk through those doors and ask for Max. This is coming from a woman looking for Red Flags.
