I was very limited on how much time I had to complete a deal and he was able to meet the restraints. He did a great job explaining the features, making sure the car was ready when I went to pick it up and getting me the trade-in value I was looking for. He was able to work with the dealership to offer me the price for the vehicle that I wanted to pay. I am very happy with the process. - We were not able to schedule my first service visit at the time I picked up the vehicle because I needed to check my schedule. Not anything on the dealership side. They brought snacks and drinks to him. We told them we were hungry and wanted to go eat, so they went to a food truck and bought us food. I was so impressed with this man’s kindness, thoughtfulness, and maturity. We did end up buying a car and the experience was so much more wonderful with Joshua as our main guy. He got us a good price, as well. Go see this young man. He is the next big thing is car sales. More
