I asked 3 times about the availability of the car that I was targeting. Each time the answer was avoided. On the 4th time I asked they said yes. After an oil change I found some bolts missing from the air cleaner box. I contacted them to complain and get the problem resolved and got an email response "sorry for the mishap". That was is.
