I asked 3 times about the availability of the car that I was targeting. Each time the answer was avoided. On the 4th time I asked they said yes. After an oil change I found some bolts missing from the air cleaner box. I contacted them to complain and get the problem resolved and got an email response "sorry for the mishap". That was is. The vehicle had scratches all over and despite me literally informing the dealership about the scratches and incorrect mileage they failed to fix the problem. To the dealership's credit, they cancelled the transaction and gave me a full refund when I refused to accept delivery. More

I traded a vehicle and purchased another vehicle at this dealership. At the end of the evening, I had to ask for a copy of my paperwork as financing did not provide that to me. A week later I was asked to come back in and sign a second contract. This was because the bank would not finance the vehicle used with the miles for the price they listed it as. So they lowered the price....by 3k. So I agreed. And signed a second contract. Four days after this, I got a call again saying that the payoff on my vehicle was $900 more than they had in the contract. They would take my card over the phone and I would need to sign a THIRD CONTRACT. at this point, I was over the whole thing. I wanted to be out of it. I let them know I felt the entire thing was very underhanded. They tried to hold me to it. However, the dealership had never signed any of the contracts. And they received the payoff on my vehicle three days before I signed the second contract. I retrieved my original vehicle and gave them back theirs. If you are buying a new car, you get good service; however if you are buying a used car, please be aware! (Redacted) did an amazing job and showed me how ethical and honest a dealership can be. And how shady others (Vandergriff) operate. Only person I would recommend at this dealership is Matthew Moore. And Wade West. Wade was not our salesman but so polite and kind to us as management made us wait the 2 hours before speaking to us as they knew we were waiting to return the vehicle and get ours back. More
