Blake was extremely knowledgeable and we were blown away by how much time and how in depth he was during our test drive. We never felt rushed or pressured by Blake to purchase through him and we were encouraged to take our time. When we decided to return a couple of days later to purchase, Blake was just as patient the first day and made sure he spent his time going over all options. Overall we were extremely impressed with Blake and would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase an Acura to go through him. More

Short on facts; long on time Spent hours review cars online. We finally settled on an MDX. Looked for a local dealer with a good reputation. Vandergriff seemed to fit the criteria Spent hours review cars online. We finally settled on an MDX. Looked for a local dealer with a good reputation. Vandergriff seemed to fit the criteria. We made an appointment to see a specific car, at a specific time, with a specific salesperson. We arrived and met with our salesperson at 12:30. He could not find our car. We test drove a similar MDX and another make and model for comparison. We liked the MDX. Finally found the car we came to see and it was filthy. The salesperson said he would have it cleaned up and detailed for pickup the next day. Okay fine, we start the negotiations. They came in with a low price on our trade-in and a higher than advertised price for the car. The negotiations continued until we got the price we thought our trade-in was worth and the advertised Internet price for the car. Then we sat for over an hour waiting to talk to the finance guy. He showed us loans for over 10% interest. We were pre-qualified for 5%. After some searching, he was able to get the rate we knew we should have. All-in-all, the process took over 5 hours and that was with an appointment and a specific car and a loan pre-qualification. We are very disappointed in the staff. I would say I am impressed with the car, but I still don't know how to use all of the technology (because no one showed us how to use it). My biggest disappointment is that the car did not come with a spare tire. It was supposed to have a "repair kit" but that was missing. More
