Awesome trip to the dealership! I enjoyed working with Etta! I wasn’t quite ready to buy but she allowed me to test drive a couple of cars. I Hate the car buying process. It usually takes way too long and then end up pressuring you to buy something you don’t want. This is not what happen when I went to Acura. The staff is friendly and they let long and then end up pressuring you to buy something you don’t want. This is not what happen when I went to Acura. Wasted 3 hours today round trip to dealership. Lured in by Jason who urged me to visit after I made an inquiry on line, he offered a ballpark payment which ended up being $200 more when he handed me off to by Jason who urged me to visit after I made an inquiry on line, he offered a ballpark payment which ended up being $200 more when he handed me off to someone else. All the same figures I reviewed with Jason by phone. I waited a good while to see him, a brief handshake would have been appreciated. though he didn’t have the courtesy to do so. Very disappointing!
