Service Department Purchased four tires from Vandergriff Acura July 2019. Last month dealership gummy plugged my tire. Last weekend I had to replace tire at Discount Ti Purchased four tires from Vandergriff Acura July 2019. Last month dealership gummy plugged my tire. Last weekend I had to replace tire at Discount Tire because I live one hour from dealership. Made a call to Acura from Discount Tire and was told to bring in receipt with no mention of bringing old tire as well. Acura will not honor warranty now because of incorrect information I was given by associate. This is the second time I have had problems with service department. No integrity. More
