Bryson was not available the day I scheduled to come look for a car. He passed me off to a coworker. I picked out a certified car that needed to be serviced. They took my car and gave me a brand new car to for a car. He passed me off to a coworker. I picked out a certified car that needed to be serviced. They took my car and gave me a brand new car to drive until the car I was getting was serviced. Bryson did not follow up with me and neither did the coworker. I had to contact them only to learn that the car I wanted had problems. I was upset due to NO COMMUNICATION. I spoke with upper management Chris Synder who was very nice but failed to meet with me after setting up an appointment to discuss my concerns. I told them at that point I wanted my car back. They trashed my key chain that was very sentimental to me! I went to Hiley Acura who not only saved me thousands of dollars and I’m talking thousands and were very honest in my transaction. Buyers beware of Vandergriff they will RIP YOU OFF!!!!! More
