Worst experience ever! !! Purchased a car after driving 6 hours. Sales person was great but finance guy Christian has been horrible with follow up. It was well after 11pm b !! I called, emailed and texted almost everyone there and cant get a response so now I wonder if something shady is going on. Even emailed general manager with no response. I’m a loyal customer to Vandergriff Acura. Have bought four Acura TLX from this dealership. Last I visited unexpectedly was because my tire sensor went off. The maintenance team did a great job to, not only just fill with hydrogen air but took the time to check if there were any leaks with the tire as well with the sensor and check all the tires as well. They offered to wash my vehicle but since I only hand wash, I told them if they had the time that would be great and if not, it would not be a problem since they had other things to manage. The lady advisor kept me informed the entire time and was very helpful. More
I purchased a 2022 Mercedes C300 from Vandergriff Acura in November 2022. The vehicle should have cost around $40,000, yet my contract obligated me to nearly $99,000 once financing and add-on products were in November 2022. The loan carried a 17% APR, and after paying more than $48,000 to date, I still owe over $40,000. This outcome was the result of high-pressure sales tactics and a lack of transparency around optional products and financing terms. What was presented as a straightforward purchase has instead turned into years of financial strain. I have filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General, OCCC, TxDMV, CFPB, FTC, and BBB regarding these practices. No consumer should walk into a dealership expecting to pay one amount and leave bound to more than double the vehicle’s value. I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to proceed with caution. More
