WOW! !! I am amazed at what Jr. was able to do for me. My experience started off horrible at the location across the street (the main Dick Hannah location) !! I am amazed at what Jr. was able to do for me. My experience started off horrible at the location across the street (the main Dick Hannah location). I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in. I had a high down payment and a high monthly allowance. For some reason they kept trying to get me into a Honda CRV or some sort of Jeep. This does not compare to the Armada that I wanted. I left with nothing that night and very frustrated. They wanted me to have a co-signer or else they would not do anything. The next day I called and told them I have a co-signer but will be putting less money down. Little did I know, I had called the wrong building (thank goodness). I spoke with Jr. and his first response was, "well wait just one moment, let me see what I can do." From that moment on the process was a breeze. I believe I spoke with Jr. three times on the phone. He called me around 2:30PM the same day and said "when can I expect to see you?" I was so excited!! I could not believe he was able to get me the car that I wanted with payments less then what I had requested. I did pay the higher down payment because he was also able to do it with no co-signer. I am extremely happy with the Vancouver Truck Center and even more so with Jr. If you are looking for the "no BS" visit, I recommend seeing them. THANK YOU JR!!! More
