Very Unsatisfied Customer We bought our new jeep in last week for a recall and oil change and tire rotation. We made our appointment with Jess Cheney. We live 2.5 hours from de We bought our new jeep in last week for a recall and oil change and tire rotation. We made our appointment with Jess Cheney. We live 2.5 hours from dealership. When we arrived for our appointment we were told that they didn't have the part for the recall. When we got our jeep back they had not rotated the tires. Now we wonder if the oil and filter was even changed. My husband called James. He was very apologetic when he returned his call. The next morning Jess called. He too was apologizing and offered to make it up in any way such as paying for our gas and time for coming back or washing and detailing the jeep and even four free oil changes and tire rotations. We had to return today for the recall and talked to Jess Cheney in person. All in all my husband and I felt that it was not a big deal to Jeff. He did ask us if we needed some gas but we had filled up on the way there. I told Jess that I had not returned my survey yet because I wanted to make sure I could send in one with positive feedback. Jess assured us that the survey was to Mopar and didn't matter what I put on it. The reason this has a one star rating is because the young man that waited on my husband and I in the service department our first visit there when they didn't have the part was very apologetic and professional. Not Prepared When we scheduled the service, we were told the recall parts were available, however when we arrived the parts were not available. This created an add When we scheduled the service, we were told the recall parts were available, however when we arrived the parts were not available. This created an additional 2 hour wait time. The wait wasn’t the frustrating part though. The initial lack of “customer service” was. Everyone makes mistakes, but I believe there could have been a better response. While they eventually made it right by providing the oil change for free, it wasn’t before having to express frustration. If that would have been offered on the front end, at least the level of frustration would have been lessened. Thanks for taking the time to ask. More
Decided on Vance After A lLot of Looking I live on NW Arkansas. In looking for a new Jeep I talked to all dealerships here and multiple in Oklahoma.
