Took my truck in for an oil change. Left with only 3 quarts in my truck. Checked it after it flashed low oil 80 miles later. Added 3 quarts. Service manager did my oil change for me again today. Said there was only 6 quarts that came out. Never have I had a reason to check my own oil after a dealership oil change. Going to take a lot for me to even buy a vehicle from this dealership again. More
The service department advisor did an excellent job keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle while I had it in for service. Always a pleasant experience. keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle while I had it in for service. Always a pleasant experience. More

Emphasized I was making a 90 mile/90 minute round-trip. Arrive to find no vehicles available and being offered other vehicle models. Sales team playing stupid and apologizing. Also - no way to complain to GM (except for sending a hard copy letter to a physical address or calling them directly (I am)). No Chevy or GM products for me! More

All the experiences listed in the one star reviews here mirror my own. Found my vehicle on cars.com but it wasn't available in their inventory yet. They scrambled to find the car in their system, and once they did I liked it so I proceeded with the purchase. Waited three hours for service to be completed before I was told that it would still be a few more hours, I should just leave in my old car and come back later that day. When I called later, I was told it wouldn't be done until the next morning. Showed up the next morning, waited another two hours and the car still had small dent in the back that was supposed to be repaired. I was told the "dent guy" would be in the following week and that someone from the dealership would come pick my car up from my work, drive it to the dealership and have the dent repaired, then drop it back off. They never showed, and when I called to ask when they were coming they person I spoke with talked to me like I was crazy. "Why did you think that we were doing that? You need to schedule an appointment with the service department and bring your car in yourself." I have a busy schedule, so I waited until my first oil change- which I was told would be free- to minimize the amount of time I would miss from work. Drove my car to my scheduled appointment and was told the entire process should take about ninety minutes. Ninety minutes passed and they came out to tell me that the dent guy was on vacation so I would have to reschedule, and that I owed $85 for the oil change. Reading the other reviews here, it seems like these guys either provide customers with a great experience or a horrible one; my was the latter. I won't buy another car here, and I can't recommend that anyone else does either. The one star reviews are real and spot-on accurate. More
