My wife brought our car in for its routine oil change. Upon arriving she was told that the alignment was out and she had to get an alignment. I was very confused as we don’t drive the car anywhere except from home to work and back and the vehicle is less than a year old as we have never hit anything. I wanted to hear what was happening for myself so I text the number I was given for “faster” response. No reply so I called and waited on hold for over 30 mins for a rep to come answer. When I explained the situation and asked what was happening the response was not pleasantly delivered. I was told “as I already told your wife it’s out of alignment. I already showed her the print out.” I questioned how your shop was able to determine all this before it was even on a rack. Which again was delivered in not the nicest way about how when you drive in it reads your car. I asked how bad the alignment was and was told it needed repaired. And was again “reminded” this was ALREADY explained to “your wife…”. I then told your employee that they were to only do the complimentary oul change and not to do anything else as I would have my father in laws shop verify the “needed” repairs. When I came back to pick up the vehicle I was meet with the rep who I was speaking on the phone with he asked my name for the pick up. When I said my name he proceeded to roll his eyes at me, turn and walk away while shaking his head. He then met me back at the desk with my keys while practically shoving a print out in my face saying see for yourself we are not lying to you. I said ok please just give me my keys and I’ll be on my way. I am very displeased with the service and lack of respect my wife and I received at your establishment. Made us feel very unwelcome and now has us worried about future repairs and maintenance at your shop for fear of you “messing with the car” as my father in law put it. More

Yes this truck was bought used and as is but these where all conditions before purchase and delayed delivery a week while they "serviced it". Don't trust them they lie! More
