Even when my husband heard a squeak, and had brought the car in multiple times and he couldn't get it to squeak when it was there. He and I were always treated courteously and yes the squeak finally showed up and was fixed when at Van's. More
And I got another one! I've been to many dealerships in my many years of driving. Some are pushy, some are downright rude. That's not the case at Van's. From the point of entering the building to the completion of my new car deal I felt as if I was family. Everyone is so friendly and easy to speak with. They walked me through multiple vehicles until I found one that was just right for my needs! I love my new Accord by the way! I would recommend Van's to anyone who wants a laid back non- agressive form of shopping for a new or used car. Kuddos to the whole team! Thank you! More
Awesome Performance! I'm not sure what happened to the one star reviewers but my experience was amazing! I scheduled my car for repairs and they had a loaner pre warmed up for me. I was told my service would take 4 hours to complete and I was out of the dealership and back home in under two hours! I can't say enough about the way they handled my repairs! Great facility with down to earth courteous employees! I'll be coming back for sure! More
Long term customer I have dealt with Van’s over 25 years. They’ve done 100% of the service work on the 6 or 7 Hondas I’ve owned. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service, as well as buying experiences I’ve had here. The service department has gone out of their way to accommodate requests I made. I have never had a service problem here. I have dealt with other dealerships for other cars I own as well as other Honda dealerships in Wisconsin and out of state on my kids’ cars. One or two are very good but none better than Van’s. For a long term customer and Honda true believer I’ll stick with Van’s. More

The way leasing a vehicle should be. Took less than an hour to negotiate a lease deal. Met my pricing expectations. Came back in afternoon to take delivery. Bought 2 brand new cars and the air conditioner didn't work I find it crazy that Vans Honda lets brand new cars leave the lot without testing. Terrible! Go elsewhere!!!! We owned the car we bought from them for 45 days and had to trade it, and took a $3000 LOSS... If you want to get screwed, then buy a car from them. We didn't buy new but their service mechanics should have caught the bad motor, or we just wernt told about it which is even worse. When you have a family and get screwed this bad, it sure hurts :( More
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Callous service dept damaged belongings I will never again go to Van's Honda in Green Bay, even if that means having to drive to Gustman in Appleton or Bergstrom in Oshkosh to get recall or I will never again go to Van's Honda in Green Bay, even if that means having to drive to Gustman in Appleton or Bergstrom in Oshkosh to get recall or warranty service. Never again, after my experience today, and the callous disregard their employees showed to my vehicle and belongings therein. I went in for a standard recall service on my 2008 Honda Odyssey, which involved replacing a fuel pump. Not knowing anything about cars or what the recall entailed, I didn't do anything to prepare my vehicle for the service. I commute to work and often carry work equipment in my van, and also have a toddler, so it can be cluttered and a little messy most of the time. Apparently, some part of the recall service apparently required entry to the middle row of my vehicle, which no one warned me about. I would have emptied my car prior to arrival. No warning, no "hey, just so you know..." during the appointment. My appointment ended and I went out to my vehicle, only to find nearly all my belongings literally tossed and shoved up into the front passenger seat. Clothes, childrens toys, expensive camera gear... just flung into the front footwell without warning or regard for its care. Several boxes of things like Kleenex and camera lens cleaners were crushed. Some Halloween decorations I was about to return to Menards were crushed on the bottom of the pile and likely too damaged to return - putting me out of money. I am absolutely livid. I started coming to Van's Honda less and less because I could sense their service department was going downhill. It was more and more difficult to schedule even the simplest of appointments there. I called to reschedule this recall appointment and I was on hold for 10 minutes before someone put me into the service department's voicemail - and even then no one returned my phone call after a week's time. AVOID Van's Honda at all costs. Gustman in Appleton is a good Honda dealer, and Bergstrom in Oshkosh is absolutely a joy to work with in comparison. More
