They spring hidden fees on you last minute during the signing process that are substantial. They refused to rectify a major mistake with the amenities on my car. Sales staff was decent. I over paid and I know it. It was the market at the time and I needed a vehicle so paying $2000 more isn’t even my complaint. The finance department I over paid and I know it. Hard pressure sale on protection plans and bogus extras. H specifically lied about things included in a protection plan. Shameful business practice. More
My experience with the collision shop They've had my car 2 1/2 weeks without even contacting me they said it would be 2 1/2 weeks to repair but are now saying another week.I only know that from calling and 2 1/2 weeks without even contacting me they said it would be 2 1/2 weeks to repair but are now saying another week.I only know that from calling and asking them I called and left a message to inquire about my car and got no response Its been a day and a half. I did get a response from Mark today since I called back and found out it's an extra week I told him I'd just get my car today and have the rest of the repairs done somewhere else and he refused saying it's not drivable. I've been purchasing cars from this dealership and servicing them since 1991 And I will never use this dealership again for anything although my experience with the Chevrolet and subaru service centers have been great for over 30 years it just takes one negative experience for me this is 10,000 dollars I wish I had given to Olathe Subaru More
