They spring hidden fees on you last minute during the signing process that are substantial. They refused to rectify a major mistake with the amenities on my car. Sales staff was decent. I over paid and I know it. It was the market at the time and I needed a vehicle so paying $2000 more isn’t even my complaint. The finance department I over paid and I know it. I did get a response from Mark today since I called back and found out it's an extra week I told him I'd just get my car today and have the rest of the repairs done somewhere else and he refused saying it's not drivable. I've been purchasing cars from this dealership and servicing them since 1991 And I will never use this dealership again for anything although my experience with the Chevrolet and subaru service centers have been great for over 30 years it just takes one negative experience for me this is 10,000 dollars I wish I had given to Olathe Subaru More

They mislead you about products they force you to buy, like warranties and service plans, when you buy your vehicle. They tell you you have to buy a “service plan” because it’s the only way Subaru’s warra like warranties and service plans, when you buy your vehicle. They tell you you have to buy a “service plan” because it’s the only way Subaru’s warranty will cover electrical systems. If you question them about this, they become aggressive and angry. More
