Making it right.. So I took my 2018 Atlas in for a computer glitch problem. Turns out there were 3 recalls for the vehicle also that needed to be done. So they decided So I took my 2018 Atlas in for a computer glitch problem. Turns out there were 3 recalls for the vehicle also that needed to be done. So they decided to do everything at once. In the process of resetting my ECM, it shorted out and a new one had to be ordered. This prolonged the service to over 2 weeks long since we had to wait for the computer. Once I got the car back, we had additional problems. There was a vibration noise that was coming from the front. Needless to say, getting a car back from the mechanic after two weeks and having a new issue come up was NOT a good thing. The service department jumped on the issue and was able to diagnose the problem to an exhaust fitting. They fixed the car in one day and gave me a towing harness for my troubles. They went above and beyond to make the situation right and that was enough for me to keep me happy! More

When an issue arose about whether or not a warranty would or should be honored, Volkswagen of Van Nuys negotiated with Volkswagen of America and secured an agreement that saved me over $1,600.00. They very easily could have thrown their hands up and maintained, "Sorry. There's nothing we can do." But there was something they could do. And they did it. (And I want to personally and specifically thank Shira--who was personable and patient and professional throughout the entire process.) More

Awesomeness the VW HOUSE.N VAN NUYS Just make sure that the cookies !! Yes the cookies are baked.and kept out at all times. VW Golf 2018 Owner I was in need of a car and was interested in test driving the Golf TSI. As I am not a good car shopper and prefer to only do this every 10 to 12 years I was in need of a car and was interested in test driving the Golf TSI. As I am not a good car shopper and prefer to only do this every 10 to 12 years I definitely wasn’t the easiest person to work with. Oliver was incredibly helpful in explaining what the Golf had to offer and giving us the option to test drive two different styles of Golf cars. He was not pushy, he was not demanding, and he most definitely was easy to work with. Although I don’t know how great this car will treat me in the years to come, I do know that I am a new owner of a 2018 Golf and I very much enjoy driving my new car as does my boyfriend. It has a lot of go, it is comfortable, and has plenty of space for being a small compact vehicle. I am 5’10 and my boyfriend 6’8 and we took it on a road trip this weekend and felt plenty comfortable. Thank you Volkswagen of Van Nuys for a great experience, I look forward to coming in next year for my annual check up on my vehicle. More

Easy Peasy Lease Experience I went in a week or two ago because I saw Jetta lease deals being advertised. I've been to VW Van Nuys in the past and remembered having an easy time I went in a week or two ago because I saw Jetta lease deals being advertised. I've been to VW Van Nuys in the past and remembered having an easy time purchasing my Rabbit about 10 years ago so I figured I'd give it another try. It does appear they have new management since but the great service has not changed. I was pleasantly greeted by Monsey when I arrived for my appointment to check out the Jetta. She took me on a no rush test drive. I wanted to make sure to drive the car in a few situations. When we got back to the dealer she went over all the lease terms and they were just as I had been told on the phone. The only remaining question was my trade in value on the Rabbit. The manager Kevin, came out and made the negotiations friendly, honest, and in the end we reached a fair deal. Bam Im now driving my new Jetta! Thanks VW Van Nuys. I'll be returning in 36 months! More
