Terrible Experience I was working with Vlada for a specific used vehicle they had on the lot. It was so new in fact they did not have any photos of the vehicle however sh I was working with Vlada for a specific used vehicle they had on the lot. It was so new in fact they did not have any photos of the vehicle however she was insistent in me coming to Van Nuys (from San Diego) to see the car. However when asked for photos was never sent a link or photo. Made a few calls and talked to a few sales managers that promised photos by the end of the day. On a Saturday the vehicle was locked up for service and I would be sent photos Monday morning when they opened. In the meantime I filled out a credit application online and planned to drive up on Monday. I called when they opened on Monday morning and was told the vehicle was sold on Saturday and was being picked up on Monday. Interesting as I was told it was locked up and I wouldn't be able to see it until Monday. Had I been given the same opportunity or sent one photo of said vehicle I would have purchased the vehicle. I guess you could see this as a sale for the lot however they completely failed to keep me informed as a potential customer or offer any alternatives or apologies. My call to the general manager was never returned nor have any of my last emails been returned from Vlada. I would not recommend spending any of your time even perusing their website let alone speaking to any employee or manager on the lot. More

By far the most ridiculous dealership I came across . I have been calling around various dealerships to get quotes on a car. I contacted Van Nuys VW and spoke with Nicole C. Hour’s later nothing. I called the main line and no one even picked up. I waited and called back the main line to finally get through to someone. After I was transferred, Nicole told me that they were busy and would get back to me soon. An hour later she called with an “approximate” number for a lease. After I told her the quotes I got from other places, I was later told that although they wanted my business, the manager told her that he/she would not take me seriously unless I came in. I told her this was unheard of. I told Nicole that they don’t want my business. I told her I have been on the phone the whole day with dealers who were willing to work with me over the phone. Telling a customer that they won’t take them seriously unless they come in will not get my business… nor should it get yours. More
