My neice came from Northern California and had her Kia Optima engine die on her on the 405. She was quoted a price of 9K by Kia of Van Nuys to get the car repaired. There had been several recalls on the car, but due to a successeion of moves on her part, she did not receive notifications. After producing paperwork showing she had kept up maintenance on her Kia Optima, Ismael in the Kia Service Dept. working with Kia and my neice had the car repaired, which she says runs like a brand new car. She credits Ismael's calm demeanor and customer relations skills with getting her through a very stressful situation. I was with her on a couple of her visits to Kia Van Nuys and witnessed Ismael's interactions for myself. He was very professional as well as personable. Shout out to Kevin also who drove us from the Service Dept to the larger service repair building. He also was personable and seemed to enjoy his job and making us feel at ease. More
What a terrible dealership. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had been speaking with the sale rep Denisse at this location and she told me they had the car, make, model, color I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had been speaking with the sale rep Denisse at this location and she told me they had the car, make, model, color and trim that I wanted. She even confirmed it the night before and asked me to get to the dealership when they opened at 10am on Sunday. (08/28/22) I don't live near Van Nuys so it was inconvenient to drive there first thing on a Sunday. I got there and they immediately let me know the car I wanted was sold and they tried to bait and switch me with an alternate. I REALLY hate this tactic and they should be ashamed of themselves for wasting my time and ultimately theirs too. More

Terrible experience and regretting going the dealership. Do not buy your Vehicle from these guys. I purchased a Kia EV6 for $56k from them about 5 weeks ago. It was a fair experience at first, not perfect but not enough for me to really complain about. First of all, they gave me the car with the almost no charge. Secondly the, the car did not have floor mats when they gave it to me. My salesguy Eric promised me floor mats by the following Monday, fine. Thirdly, about a week later, the paint above my front paper license plate started fading very badly. I believe maybe the paper plate was rubbing up against it in the wind and damaged the paint. Cheap paint in my opinion. I told their customer service team about it but they basically told its no their problem. Back to my mats, Monday comes around he says they are on back order and he will call me. Two weeks I call to follow up, he tells me that someone gave them away by accident and that he will order me new ones. Eric continuously asked me to fill out an internal survey so after getting the the run around I fill out the survey and basically give them a bad review. The finance guy was bad, was not really that helpful, didn't explain the rebates to me correctly, was trying to hard sell me on the warranty package, etc. I also mentioned that the salesman promised me mats but never delivered. Eric then proceeds to harass me via text a few days later demanding an explanation on why I gave him a bad survey. Um, excuse me? Apparently he thought him and I were friends and he had the right to harass a customer for being honest. I told him exactly why and he kept going on and on being super aggressive. I finally told him that he and I are NOT friends and that he is being very unprofessional for even contacting me regarding this matter. He then again, continues to argue with me. He only stopped when I threatened to contact his manager. Its been one bad experience after another. Arnold the manager never returned my calls after multiple messages. This is how they treat customers. I will post pictures of the text messages and paint fading later tonight. More

Now, we can't get anybody to contact us back to handle the situation accordingly. We definitely believe they knew of the damages and just chose not to fix it. Horrible experience. More
I took my car for an oil change, since I didn't want to do the complete service that cost $900, Jonathan's smile disappeared from his face, he was extremely despotic, they forgot to put the sticker that te do the complete service that cost $900, Jonathan's smile disappeared from his face, he was extremely despotic, they forgot to put the sticker that tells you when to return, and apart from this another man who works there, don't take his name unfortunately he treats me with disrespectful words. Definitely a place that I will not return to and although it is a bit far from me, I will continue going to Kia of Valencia, superior in everything. Even in prices. More
