The service advisor Ruben Barrera had very poor handling in my case for engine recall. Not only did he have poor service and wrong information; but also his whole department. My car took a month to replace in my case for engine recall. Not only did he have poor service and wrong information; but also his whole department. My car took a month to replace my lemon engine and I got stuck with car rental bills after being promised the company will reimburse me. I will never return or make any purchases here again. Urge you to stay away! More

This review is about the experience I had with their pre-owned sales staff. I had narrowed my car search down to two models and the one Van Nuys had was my preferred car. The listed price was reasonable and I drove 80 minutes to get there after making an appointment. The vehicle was not in a driveable condition and the sales rep said that a rodent must have gnawed through a wire overnight. Huh? I asked what repairs had been made to the vehicle after they purchased it. We went inside the shop where a screen showed several repairs including brakes. It also indicated that the struts were leaking and there was possible damage in the wheel wells. No repairs were scheduled. We went back to the showroom and the salesman pitched me on the $1,800 of dealer recommendations. I declined and asked for a discount. The manager didn't seem to listen. The sales rep said that if I hadn't asked for what was repaired, I would have bought the car since it was a good deal. End of conversation. More

Regresé y se negaron a devolver el auto de inmediato dentro de mí devolviéndolo a la misma hora que lo recibí. El gerente Arnold se puso muy desagradable y agudo y me abandonó. Cambiaron mi papeleo, reiniciaron los sensores del tablero y se negaron a dejarme hablar con el gerente general. Obtuvieron mi dinero y me dieron sus colas para besarlas INMEDIATAMENTE DESPUÉS. Maggie incluso le dijo a otro trabajador que dejara de hablarme y salió y me hizo un gesto con la mano en el cuello. Intentando intimidarme.
