Overpriced They couldn’t find my extended warranty due to Computer change , I signed for $199 check engine light test that would go toward repairs , when I rece They couldn’t find my extended warranty due to Computer change , I signed for $199 check engine light test that would go toward repairs , when I received the estimate of repairs it’s was 60% more than a mechanic , when I explained that I wasn’t happy with their prices the reply was that they are higher than a regular mechanic, ,I was asking for a discount on the $199 so I could take my car to a cheaper mechanic and I got a flat refusal . I’ve been servicing all my jeeps at this location for years and I will not be coming back to fix my car there . More

Good level of customer service, poor resolution of issues The service rep Alex was helpful throughout the process. My car was in for 40,000mile service. There were some electronic issues mentioned and the car The service rep Alex was helpful throughout the process. My car was in for 40,000mile service. There were some electronic issues mentioned and the car was in the garage for over a week. Alex helped to provide a rental car and took careful note of the issues. He kept me updated throughout and provided great customer service. However, I was charged for a new brake switch which was supposed to address the issue of ABS/brake warning lights coming on and speedometer dropping while driving. This issue still occurs. I was charged $292. This is extremely frustrating to have been charged and yet the issue does not seem to be resolved. I have tried calling to speak to a rep but so far no one has called me back. Unfortunately, this makes me uncomfortable and disappointed about the level of service that I have received. More

Not customer friendly anymore I've noticed a full staff change, and this iteration and visit I felt no one is mindfully engaging new customers entering the service center. That all I've noticed a full staff change, and this iteration and visit I felt no one is mindfully engaging new customers entering the service center. That all make themselves look all busy never looking up from their paper work and essentially leaving a customer standing there wondering who is available. Part of customer service is acknowledgement that a customer is there, since people often come to the service center to get things done or get answers quickly as we're all have our own schedule and most of them tight.
