Responsible Making my appointment was easy. I dropped my car off and was offered a lift to a rental car company that was near by due to the lack of courtesy vehic Making my appointment was easy. I dropped my car off and was offered a lift to a rental car company that was near by due to the lack of courtesy vehicles. Was called in a few days later to pick up my vehicle. I went into the office and paid for my repair before inspecting the vehicle. I was disappointed to find that the repair I had brought the vehicle in for (A/C) was not completely fix. When I presented this to my Service Rep, he pointed out to me that he had made notes in the repair request to have the particular problem fixed. It's sad to know that the repair tech didnt thouroughly read the repair request. My service rep took the car back. A couple days later my service rep called me to let me know the car was done. He even went out to check that the car was corrected before he called to let me know it was fixed. There was no charge for the repair the second time. I am very please with the service I received and will be going back when something else goes wrong. More

Unhappy I was told my car would be ready at 1:00. I heard nothing by 1:30. I tried to call the service department and left 3 messages. No one called me back. I was told my car would be ready at 1:00. I was told that my car isn’t ready yet. I asked them to please let me take the car since I have to pick up my child from camp. Wait Wait Wait. Left truck for 1 day recall service...No call on service delay. I called one week after drop off to find parts needed to be ordered until after weeken Left truck for 1 day recall service...No call on service delay. Now my AC does not blow strong after the service was airbags inside the....dashboard. If I go back the line will be "we did not touch the AC ducts or blower".
