Zach was excellent! My five star review is for Zach in the service dept; very friendly, helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail! When i walked into the My five star review is for Zach in the service dept; very friendly, helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail! When i walked into the service dept. there was 2-3 male employees at the desk aside from Zach. I was not greeted or offered assistance. I stood there waiting to be helped, the only person helping a customer was Zach. A male latino employee said I’ll be right with you but never did, he sat there on his phone. Immediately after Zach was done with the customer before me greeted me and offered assistance. He explained everything at length regarding the recalls on my vehicle and called me when my vehicle was ready for pick up; service department closes at 7p and my uber showed arrival time at 7:05p, called Zach to notify him i was on my way and he waited for me to get there! Kudos to Zach!!!! More

He was courteous, friendly, and professi Arrived without an appointment for an oil change and was quickly addressed by Alex, who processed my service. He was courteous, friendly, and professional, advising me that my vehicle would be ready in about two hours. He called me earlier than that to inform me that the oil change had been performed and the vehicle had been washed. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Alex was not there, however after a short wait another service rep handled the paperwork and payment, and a porter fetched the vehicle for me. Very happy with the service. More
