Bad Experience Organization was bad. Had requested a loaner/rental in advance. Dropped off and and no car available with enterprise partner not open yet. Offered an Organization was bad. Had requested a loaner/rental in advance. Dropped off and and no car available with enterprise partner not open yet. Offered an uber to work and another back to pick up a rental. When offered the above i asked if they needed the car overnight and was told yes. It was done the same day. Normally a great surprise but wouldn’t have wasted my lunch coming back for a rental had i known. Came to pick my car up and the dept was a zoo. Someone other than my advisor got my car and handed me a receipt. No “inspection results” provided. Car comes around and has had a terrible “wash” that left it looking worse than it started. Honestly - just dont do it if this is the outcome. The worst part? Later realizing half the contents of my center console are under my drivers seat instead of in the console where i left them. Also was not happy the bag of coins for meters had been emptied out for me. More

Maintenance for my car My car had been giving me issues as far as stalling. When I told Oscar I live a good distance away and don’t have time to go to enterprise to get a lo My car had been giving me issues as far as stalling. When I told Oscar I live a good distance away and don’t have time to go to enterprise to get a loaner car after I drop off my car he assured me that there will be a rental here waiting for me as soon as I arrive. Quick n Easy My appointment was quick and easy. They took that car in around 7:30AM got my an UBER to work. Got my vehicle shortly after they were closing the serv My appointment was quick and easy. They took that car in around 7:30AM got my an UBER to work. Got my vehicle shortly after they were closing the service desk but the gentleman was cool and got my car anyway. Only gripe is my jeep got driven next to a vehicle that was being washed. Got a few drops of water on the windshield, jeep then got parked near bushes by the fence where it got dirt and dust caked on the windshield. No biggy though, what the jeep went in for got done. More
