A bad experience made right I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation for which I was emailed a coupon. This dealership does not schedule appointments for this serv I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation for which I was emailed a coupon. This dealership does not schedule appointments for this service so when I arrived I was told the wait time was 2 1/2-3 hours. I was very unhappy and was ready to go to a service station for the work when Benny offered to uber me home and then back to pick up my car. My car had also been washed when I picked it up. I was extremely unhappy that I would have to come back another day and might find the same situation anyway. If Benny did not come up with the solution he had, I would never come to this dealership for service again. More
