He was extremely Friendly and helpful very knowledgeable and He made me feel comfortable from the first time I walked in to the Service Department and as A New Client that is VERY Important... And because of his kind personality I felt confident and at ease and I knew that my Jeep would be well taken care of at this Van Nuys Russell Westbrook Service Department. Zach was able to get me a loaner Jeep while my car was being serviced. I was super Thankful. Note: This is a little far for me to come for Service But it's Worth It!!!
