Review Service was fine. Very quick for an oil change, which is important. A quick suggestion, someone there needs to greet customers when they walk into the Service was fine. I stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone said hello or "I'll be right with you". Though there about 6 service reps there behind desks busy working. I get it, service depts are always busy but there needs to be a line. Maybe have some kind of sign that says wait here for the next service rep (kinda like the bank does). I saw another guy come in after he also looked a confused and was not greeted. Then another guy came in through a different door and and he was waiting too. Neither of them knowing if they were next cause there was no line, there were on different sides of the room and nobody spoke to them for at least 5 mins. Get a line going so at least walk in customers will know what to do and whos next. I dont remember who helped me with service so I selected the first that appeared since it was required. Thanks.
