Worst customer service. I regret ever coming to this dealer. Why do you guys have employees working who clearly don’t want to be there? They should be doing something else. Honestly it's gotten worse within time. The other day I called to see if I needed to make an appointment and the guy Eddie who answered said no and hung up. When I came a couple days later guess who helped called to see if I needed to make an appointment and the guy Eddie who answered said no and hung up. When I came a couple days later guess who helped me. Same guy. Pretty rude to say that service was going to be 3 hours and if I really wanted to wait or come back Monday. I said no I need it today. He didn't seem like he wanted to be much help and said oh it's recommended this for the 30,000 miles a 700 dollars package and just pointed at it. I know nothing about cars and to just be told this is what my car is going to need I was like no. I just came for the oil change and tire rotation. Oh to top it off when I came in they were all wearing their masks improperly and when I came back everyone was just hanging out without their masks. I've told my family about how bad its gotten and how I only have to go to this dealer for my car meanwhile. Oh and for sales Dept. They try to rip you off. They made it seem like they were interested in buying my car but gave me the same horrible pitch they have to 3 other people and I heard it all. Over charging and not even caring if they got there business or not. Reza was the worst. More

Came in for a service and to get my leaking tire looked at. no problems with service but I was told they would have to order me a new tire as mine was not repairable. I showed up two days later to leave m at. no problems with service but I was told they would have to order me a new tire as mine was not repairable. I showed up two days later to leave my car to finish the service and have the tire replaced and they changed the wrong tire. I drove off the lot and got back to my house 25 miles away realizing that my pressure had dropped 5 lb The next day I get into my car to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and sure enough it was down 10 lb of pressure. Call the dealership and spoke to Hector explain the situation and he said to me bring it in and we'll make it right. Never once did I get an apology. How do you change the wrong tire? Since my initial review, Jimmy from their service center has reached out to me multiple times to make things right. He was sincere and very helpful.
