Absolute worst experience of my life . Took my Alfa Guilia in for its first oil change since I have owned it . I have a special scripted Full engine cover which goes over the entire engine Took my Alfa Guilia in for its first oil change since I have owned it . I have a special scripted Full engine cover which goes over the entire engine compartment. This is a special manufacturer add on. When I returned home and parked my car I checked under the hood and it was not there . I called the dealer service department, and after being on hold for 45 minutes I reached service advisor Danny and later Joe. They informed me that I must be mistaken there was no such cover and basically called me a liar ! I subsequently contacted Alfa US offices and Ogara Coach where I purchased the car last April , and they both compared the VIN and part categories and confirmed that yes, the cover was on there . The car is always garaged , less than 2,000 miles since last April when I purchased it. I have a detail company that comes to my house and each and every time he opens the hood to show me how shiny the full cover scripted engine cover is . I feel completely violated . This cover was in place before I went to Westbrook Alfa and was not on my vehicle when I returned home . The dealership is responsible and takes no responsibility for their lack of action . If you go on their website you can not even find a General managers name or any other management listed . The only manager listed is an Experience manager AKA Swan . I would warn anyone to run not walk from this dealership . If you were looking to purchase an Alfa by the way , the average cost from this dealer of misfits and liars are 13,000.00 over MSRP as I noted while waiting 2hours for my fleece and oil change . I originally bought my car in 2015 at Russell Westbrook, The entire Staff waited for me to come get my New Car. when I walked in the Show Room, everyone cheered like I was a Celebrity! THE BEST dealership I have experienced in 40 plus years. Let me begin by saying that I traveled from Ventura County because of the explempery service, both technical and customer service. Any business that gives "Red Carpet " service to any and all that enters their establishment deserves recognition and high praise. It is unfortunate that the turbulent times we are currently experiencing can bring about the absence of common courtesy and commitment to do well by others. This dealership hits every level of decency, professionalism and mechanical excellence. I was treated quite poorly at the Alfa Romeo dealership in Santa Barbara and refused to return for a second helping of disrespectful and dismissive treatment. I was gearing up for more disappointment when I was directed to the Van Nuys Alfa Romeo/Maserati dealership but was instead met with a masked smile, kindness and offering of cold water. It was a scorcher this day. Well...coming from the north, I'm sure it all relative. However, I was given the facts of what was the immediate issue, and was told I would be brought up to speed as they explored the various concerns. All promises were kept, including an important meeting I needed to attend by placing me in a loaner/ rental. I lost no time for my business and was left to get my work accomplished while not worrying about my vehicle. It was in capable hands. The turnaround time was exemplary and again, everything step performed on my vehicle was explained to my satisfaction and even repeated when I asked for explanation for a second time. No impatient looks, no agitation was presented as I learned more about my vehicle and how to maintain its longevity. I will look forward to my next purchase with Russell Westbrook Alfa Romeo dealership. I wish the entire team, staff and employees a brilliant rest of year into the next. Y. Bundrage More
