Check in was quick, service rep was friendly. Went in to have a recall done on my car. When finished, the service rep said their printer was mot working so he could not give me a receipt. Excellent service. We like the Alfa we are leasing but the tires have gone flat 4 separate times (for no reason) requiring the car to be towed to the dealer to fix unde We like the Alfa we are leasing but the tires have gone flat 4 separate times (for no reason) requiring the car to be towed to the dealer to fix under warranty. Most recent, three tires were flat at once. This is pretty ridiculous. Now I hear that you can’t fix any more under warranty, but tires should not be going flat under any circumstances on their own. This needs to be fixed once and for all. More
