Michael was first up and spent TWO long visits and test drives (needed to bring my husband back to see if he could fit). Michael even hopped (ok, maybe not hopped) in the back WITH my husband for one test drive to really prove that if needed I could get 2 over 6 foot tall adult men in the back seat - (providing proof and lots of laughter). If I could give 10 Stars I would do it right away!!!I Have been there since 5pm and left at 11pm, not because of them but because of me, I couldn't make up my mind choosing between a Cabrio or a Hatchback but with the right guidance and recommendation I drove off with an all new 2015 bianco Abarth with the 6 speed automatic and Rosso leather interior!!!NO, they didn't pay me extra or discounted the Abarth more just for me writing a review, iI've done my research and both Yelp and Dealerrater were good sources to find out how this new edition to the Auto Gallery Group is operating, they will earn my business next year when I'll be trading in my 2010 BMW 645i Cabrio for an all new Alfa Romeo 4C, thank you guys for making this new car buying experience the best one ever, oh yes Michael, you should become a stand up comedian or a spokes person for Fiat in their commercials!!!!!!!!!! I met Michael through chance at a Fiat event back when I owned my 500 sport that I purchased at Fiat in van nuys before Michael worked at the Van Nuys studio, but when we met I was one of those that had tons of questions about the Abarth although he was not working he was patient and answered all my questions so when I was ready to buy my Abarth I looked him up and was able to buy my Abarth pain free and at a fair price (other stealerships had a 10k mark up) Michael made sure I didn't pay a ridiculous mark up... Since then my family have bought 3 different 500's from him. Michael is definitely the go to guy for anybody looking to pull the trigger on a new car!Thanks Michael! More

I was treated like a Persian Prince! I came back today after I compared with other places but I decided to go with Van Nuys Fiat just because the way I was treated by Michael during my first visit. I got a proposal from Michael and he asked me if I agreed with that, I wasn't comfortable with the numbers and I asked him if my credit could be checked on which he answered yes...Long story short, my credit wasn't strong enough so I was introduced to the finance Manager Frank, just like me he is Persian and we got along very well together and Frank went beyond to help me establishing my credit by getting me approved!!!! I'm so thankful I've met both Michael and Frank and I highly recommend both of them and Van Nuys Fiat, so the opposite of other car dealerships. More

I came in yesterday after a VERY stressful weekend of dealing with a car wreck. I brought my old car in and met with MIchael and Niko. This was my first time financing a car. Fiat Van Nuys and these men really made the process go smoothly!! Of course we did the whole back and forth with pricing and options, but they were very genuine. After purchasing the car I got it home and realized that the passenger side seat latch was broken. I called and they told me to bring it back, no charge. It's currently being fixed and I am a proud fiat owner.. They did everything to make me a VERY happy customer! It runs so smooth!!! Thanks Michael and Niko! More
