I really recommend this dealership. I can't say the same from the Beverly Hills dealership. It was probably our best car buy ever and we've gad lots of Erin approached us quickly like all reps do but she did a great job of listening to what we said. When I said the car was for my wife she paid attention to her responses. She didn't ask any questions twice other then 'shall we'. We didn't decide whether we'd buy the fiat or another RAV. We traveled the few blocks to the Keyes dealer where we've already bought 6 or 7 vehicles since the 70's. Irritating rep and his manager was merciless trying to tell us what we wanted. I thank him for sending us back to fiat. Erin found the car that my wife preferred and then we began negotiating. Fiat gave us a much better trade in on a cherry 2008 RAV with low miles. We got a great deal and my wife is super happy today. The final paperwork went about as expected but Yanci also heard us say we wanted no extras and stayed within our wishes. More

You cannot be trusted, you tried scamming us after you made promises over the phone but told us that we were lying once we arrived. I’m telling you, you’ve got to be honest with your buyers, they are going to be back again and again if you would only treat them right. I don't know how you would think that this would earn you any points but speaking negative about the OWNER or MANAGEMENT but it pretty much lost us as customers. Unfortunately, this MICHAEL, tries to put on the halo and well it might work well for others it definitely won't work especially to those who have been in the same business. You cannot show your magic tricks to another magician. I hope you get into a new line of work, you’re a terrible sales person, I guess that’s why you keep hopping from one dealership to another. More

I especially want to thank Michael Passage and Daniel Ryan who helped me select my SECOND Fiat the new 500e. They were great in explaining to me tons of info about the electric car and giving me a huge list of information about my new vehicle. I had a great finance experience with Russ Kabrins as well who helped me get my paperwork completed in the finance department. I always recommend this dealership to my friends, I also have an Abarth and absolutely love it, and I get treated like a good friend when I'm there. Great dealer, great service, and stellar cars. LOVE MY 500s! More
No Help I have owned a 500 Sport for less than a month. It has been in for service 5 times so far. All the electrical modules were not replaced prior to the I have owned a 500 Sport for less than a month. It has been in for service 5 times so far. All the electrical modules were not replaced prior to the sale to me. I still have a minimum of3 more visits before the car is correct. The most recent development is that the headlight assemblies have 1" holes in the back due to a heap install for HID headlamp bulbs. Not repaired prior to sale. Having difficulty believing that this dealership can deliver used cars to clients with these issues excused as acceptable. Very disappointed, my sales person, and the Studio Manager have decided to estrange themselves from any further involvement in rectifying the situation. Caveat emptor More
