He repaired it plus he replaced a foggy rear lamp, plus a couple of recall upgrades. He told me that it was all covered under warranty. (It wasn't, but he had it covered anyway). Saved me $500.00 it repair cost. When i came to pick up my care i was very late and Danny had already gone home. He came but to the dealership to get my my care so i could take it home. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty to help out a customer that was having a hard time navigate his day. Danny saved me hours of grief and i recommend taking your car to Van Nuys FIAT for all your service and repair needs. I know i will. More

I tried to be a three-peat customer I tried 3 times to buy my THIRD Fiat from this dealership. I went to the showroom twice, and both times, I walked away frustrated and disappointed. I had a specific car in mind with specific equipment, and because they couldn't find the car I wanted, they tried very hard to sell me at least two cars that I didn't want. The salesperson lowballed me on my trade-in, and then lied to me about the value of the fact that my trade in had fewer than 13,000 miles on it. He told me that that added only a "couple of hundred dollars" to the value of my trade-in --- but according to Edmonds and KBB, that low mileage added nearly $1,800 to the value of my trade-in. This salesman also tried hardball tactics and instead of speaking to ME, he spoke to my (male) friend. They made me feel like they were doing me a HUGE favor just to take my money and that I should be grateful and buy whatever they had - instead of trying to find me what I wanted or work with me on the financing. I will never buy another car from them. More

From the moment I stepped After researching Nissan Leafs for the longest time I switched over to wanting a Fiat 500e and came across this dealership. From the moment I stepped on the lot Erin made me feel welcomed and cared for. When I proposed to test drive a car from a different vendor first, to really make sure the Fiat 500e is what I wanted, there was no push-back but rather understanding and a confidence to have a great product. When the test drive with the other car/vendor wasn't what I was looking for, Erin picked me up from the dealership and we picked "my" car. The color combination I wanted wasn't on the lot and so Erin went above and beyond to get the car from Santa Monica while I was filling out paper work. I never felt pressured or sold on something I didn't want, I always felt listened to and understood, and I'd come back here any day to purchase another vehicle. As a sidenote: it certainly doesn't hurt to look at beautfiul Maseratis while waiting for the paperwork to be done, and The Auto Gallery has plenty beautiful cars in their showroom. More

Perry Gentile, the Internet Sales Manager, was great to work with. This was our daughter's first car and we wanted to surprise her on her birthday. Perry was able to deliver us the car in time to make the surprise happen and he was very transparent with his pricing and lease terms. I buy a lot of cars and this was one of the easiest transactions I have had. If you are thinking about a Fiat, definitely reach out to Perry and Fiat Van Nuys. More
