My service experience was okay, nothing sort out of the extra-ordinary like with I’ve had before with my previous services in other brand dealership- if I’m just gonna be honest. I would recommend the service center because I think they have the capacity to be the best. There were Pros and Cons to my service which is why my rating is what it is. Pros: —Social distancing practices have the capacity to be the best. There were Pros and Cons to my service which is why my rating is what it is. Pros: —Social distancing practices were in place. —Yohana was incredibly welcoming —My first oil change was covered by the dealership and they took care of the recall Cons: —I was never notified when my car was done. In fact the first person I spoke to said my service person would not return for 3 days so I couldn’t get my car till then. When I asked if I HAD to wait for her return they transferred the call and the person informed me that my car was in fact ready but they were closing soon. They did leave the keys with the salesman for me to pick up. —The whistling sound in the cabin was not found and could not be corrected but yet as soon as I got on the freeway the sound was there. It’s not an intermittent sound and the whistling in the cabin seems to be a common issue with the Stelvio so why the sound couldn’t be found and the window better sealed, I’m not sure. —The car was driven 11 plus miles to find the sound which is fine, but when the car was returned it was missing gas, a small scuff mark is on the back wheel well and there’s a weird random white paint mark on the center console and seatbelt....but the paperwork says gas, so I feel like the gas used should have been replaced. —This one is just a wish, but it would have been nice if the car would have been vacuumed and wiped down just for health reasons. It was disappointing to pick up my car dirtier than when I left it. More
