Very disappointed. My car sat there for 7 days before anyone looked at it. Then had to call you to find out rodent damage....given estimate of over 20k never told a repair could take place instead of r anyone looked at it. Then had to call you to find out rodent damage....given estimate of over 20k never told a repair could take place instead of replacement. Told to file with insurance..$1600 repair instead of 20K+ submitted claim....I paid the bill..now my insurance will go up because of not being informed a repair could fix the job...would never have contacted insurance company except by your insistance. This service center and dealership has the nicest people, and they do an excellent job. I've had only the best experiences at this dealership, especially compared to the other two Alfa Romeo dealers I've be and they do an excellent job. The finance lady Evelynn and Vega were great. I would give them a 5 star. However I was very disappointed that the car was given to me with only a quarter tank of gas. The car was out of gas during our give them a 5 star. However I was very disappointed that the car was given to me with only a quarter tank of gas. The car was out of gas during our test drive and we expressed to Vega that we would like a full tank of gas. For the amount of money that I paid for the car they could of at least filled the tank up with gas. Vega gave me $20 towards gas which was a nice gesture. But the tank should of been full at the time of delivery. More
