He took care of me from beginning to the end and still...I can call him with any questions and he takes care of it! Never have I been so well taken care of at a dealership. Dishonest and infuriating. Buying our first new car here was a total nightmare. The salesmen were aggressively trying to force us to purchase insurance and maintenance services that were optional for the cu was a total nightmare. The salesmen were aggressively trying to force us to purchase insurance and maintenance services that were optional for the customer. We spent 3 hours refusing these charges and they still ended up adding the charges towards our final bill. When we noticed, we returned to the dealership the following day to dispute the charges and that became another nightmare. Octavio was the Manager that lied to us and added these charges at the end. Then dealing with his boss Erwin was also very upsetting. Not happy with their dishonesty and aggressive tactics. Will never do business here again. More

I had an excellent service experience on my Stelvio. This was my first oil change so there was a little confusing on where the oil level should be after the oil change. The oil level was at about 2/3 This was my first oil change so there was a little confusing on where the oil level should be after the oil change. The oil level was at about 2/3 to 3/4 after the oil change. I requested that the oil level be filled to the max. Jacky explained that the dealership is cautious with the oil level so that it doesn't exceed the level. I went back and requested them to put more oil and they did. After driving a few miles, I got the warning light that the oil level exceeded the max. I went back and they removed the excess oil. It was a learning experience for me. Jacky was extremely helpful and patient throughout my visits. More
