I brought my Guilia in because the dashboard cluster warning ⚠️ lights to Service Airbags and Electronic Brake went off 3 times. Because your mechanic couldn’t get the warning light to come on again, yo warning ⚠️ lights to Service Airbags and Electronic Brake went off 3 times. Because your mechanic couldn’t get the warning light to come on again, you refused to perform the warranty service. Now I feel unsafe driving my car. If I get in an accident and the airbags done deploy, or my braking park releases of its own accord on the hill where I park every day, your dealership will be liable. I asked whether it was a faulty sensor but that was scoffed at and not addressed. Very poor explanation from the service associate. More
