We had a horrible experience at Westbrook Alpha Romeo in Van Nuys CA. After agreeing on sale price, 2000 deposit was taken to hold the car until next day, we asked to have all paperwork ready to go to sign Van Nuys CA. After agreeing on sale price, 2000 deposit was taken to hold the car until next day, we asked to have all paperwork ready to go to sign at a specific time, we came and waited patiently for over an hour, because of course nothing was prepared. Finance manager knew nothing about the deposit, had to go back to PATRICK sales manager multiple times to ask about the details of the agreement etc... It seems that their workflow is flawed. This is not the biggest issue; we took delivery of the car and we noted plastic wrap around the sill of the doors during our test drive, sales person advised us that the car will be cleaned and plastic will be removed prior to delivery; we took delivered the car in the evening, so multiple scratches were noted on the sill of the rear passenger door left side, with what appears to be an attempt to buff and hide the scratches by the dealership, we immediately contacted the sales rep. Andrew Herrera who is- by the way- is GREAT and the only genuinely good person in this gang. Andrew asked us to bring the car for scratches repair - A BRAND NEW CAR with scratches???!!!!! we paid for a flawless brand new vehicle, we were upset to say the least, they took the car, and we were given a lower model sedan, which below the standard for a luxury car company, you always give loaner which is either the same model or higher, but again clear evidence of lack of care, lackadaisicalness and poor judgement, I think there is also an undertone of take it or leave. We demanded to talk to the sales manager who after a few calls obliged and said we will switch the car with a Stelvio. The car was in the shop for a week to be PAINTED ?!!!! We demanded compensation for our inconvenience and sale of defective car, asked for the dealership to cover end of lease wear and tear and service of the car for the length of the lease as well as tinting the car; honestly I only asked for this because I wanted the General manager to respond to my requests to talk to him to discuss the situation; of course he did not bother to call or reach out to apologize or offer any solutions. I got a call from the Sales manager Patrick who said" I spoke to the general manager and what you are asking for is ridiculous and absurd; cars get scratched all the time and we fix it and sell them, we fixed your car for free even though you brought it back after it left the lot, we don't know if the scratch happened in our possession or yours, but we took care of it anyways; we will not be offering anything else, we need our loaner back, come get your car it is done. Again very rude, unprofessional and complete lack of customer service skill, he should not be in this business, if he worked for me, he will be gone!!! We came to pick up the car, still no general manager contact, we noted the car to have defective parking light or alarm notification on the dashboard, had to bring the "NEW CAR" back for another check 10 minutes after we drove it out of the service department. I became extremely upset and asked again to speak to general manager RICK but to no avail. I decided to post a review on yelp of my experience; finally RICK decided to grace us with his presence and called me to tell me that he feels it is better to cancel the deal, I advised him that I will likely do that, since then I was not able to talk to RICK or anyone at the dealership. I will be seeking legal advise. More

Nasim is great. She was very helpful and not pushy at all. We expressed our concerns and she addressed them. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 star is that they typically require you to purchase a GPS, paint/interior, protection and nitrogen package. This should be optional in my opinion. More
Sales agent was great. Financing & manager ok. Had to chase them for 2 months to get my reimbursement check for my other car. I know due to COVID some got sick & delayed.
