It was easy to check in. The staff was nice and the area was clean. My service advisor was helpful however my issue was not solve . In less than 20 mins they told me they needed to change a pcv valve. My is was clean. My service advisor was helpful however my issue was not solve . In less than 20 mins they told me they needed to change a pcv valve. My issue was in hard acceleration in 3 gear on sport mode (I have an abarth) there would be a stutter and backfire. This issue is reproduced in sport mode . I was shocked to learned that the mechanic did not test drive my car to reproduce the issue or have me drive it , to me they just inspected it visually and really do not try to reproduce my issues .I felt like I wasted 300$ and my issue is not resolved. I don’t think they checked the o2 sensors or fuel injector , or exhaust systems . Pcv was just a routine maintenance based on the miles of my car . So paying for 1 hours work that was done in less than 30 minutes didn’t feel right to me . Now my check engine light is on and my issue is not resolved. More
