Kenny, the service writer, did a fine job. My problem was that in late-June I called to order, and paid for, a passenger-side sun visor. When I got to the dealership to have it installed (via a 10am appointm that in late-June I called to order, and paid for, a passenger-side sun visor. When I got to the dealership to have it installed (via a 10am appointment on the 19th), however, what had been ordered was the driver's-side visor. Kenny had a passenger-side visor overnighted and got it installed the next day, but whyvwasn't this right part ordered at the start? This is not the first time I've encountered problems at this service center. Several years ago I had to have the same visor replaced (under warranty) and it was not installed right. I took it to the Fiat dealership in Santa Monica and they re-installed it properly. Nothing is seriously wrong with this service center that a little more attention to detail and investment in the customer won't solve. But are they willing to do so? More
