Swan Kim and his boss (don't remember his name) were a pleasure to work with. Mainly because unlike the vast majority of salespeople they were clear, direct, and as far as I could discern close to complet pleasure to work with. I was especially impressed by the fact that they not only apologized for certain promises that were erroneous but actually took responsibility and made good on those anyway. Overall the process of leasing a car in my case was much faster and less tense than past experiences. Never understand why dealerships and most businesses don't have the foresight to understand that this is the way to build trust and loyalty instead of an adversarial relationship. Maybe most can't help themselves in the capitalist jungle we all live in, but clearly, it doesn't have to be that way for everyone to get most of what they want and also feel good about it. More

Nothing against other Alfa Romeo Dealers, but I am totally happy at Russell Westbrook. They had exactly the Giulia I was looking for, at a great price, and I drove it home that afternoon.
