By far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. We wouldn't buy a used car unless service fixed the door. They "fixed" and 5 days later when I actually used the door it broke again. I called the dealership multiple times,left a message, it was "escalated" They "fixed" and 5 days later when I actually used the door it broke again. This is typical slimy used car sales tactics and the door should be fixed like service said it was going to be before we agreed to purchase the car. Although the car was priced competitively, thousands of dollars were tried to be made back for nitrogen tires, and upholstery insurance... For a used car. I would definitely tell people to steer clear of this dealership and I haven't had time, but I will be writing reviews about this experience. My family has been through alot in the past 6 months (my husband had a stroke while I was 6 month pregnant) and we shouldn't have to deal with xxxx like this from you. Run your business better.
