After looking at very limited Alfa Romeo Giulia models here in San Diego, I searched LA/OC and found this dealership. My only concern was that the dealership was approximately 3 hours from San Diego and I wanted to insure my expectations were communicated. We agreed that I would travel up in the mid morning and met with him and look at the vehicles. Well, my expectations were exceeded in terms of customer service and Jonathan's knowledge of the various trim and option packages with the Giulia Ti Sport models. He took the time to explain the differences between the vehicles we were reviewing. There was no up-sells and we were able to negotiate a good price, with-in my budget (they had some end of the month incentives) and they gave me a fair value for my trade in (2011 BMW). The model I ended up with was a 2019 with only 20,000 thousand miles on it and it looks and drives brand new. My trip back to San Diego in the new vehicle, was great! I not only recommend this dealership, but please work with Jonathan, if you can, you will not be disappointed. More
